    Yes the valve cover spark plug seals are attached to the valve cover gasket.
    No that is an old setup.

    Order my gaskets yesterday and bought a used snap on 5-75 lb torque wrench.
    Dont Trust my cheap one.
    I did check the torque on the valve cover for shits and giggles and the center was fairly loose.I torqued them and pulled the coil and wiped the oil.Ill look at it after a drive tomorrow just to be sure.
