    I would only switch to the smaller pan as a last resort.....
    my rwd no lift .....wasnt gonna to tax anything......

    When 4x4 are used like 4x4's they probably need the oil volume....
    believe that hole in side of the older 2.7 pans is return for external oil filter and possible cooler......

    zthanks guys......u guys helping me to put together my taco's checkered past...

    its origin story.....

    OME 881 coils with OME nitrochargers shocks up front. TC UCA's OME Dakars with extra leaf in the rear. Warn 8000 winch with 80ft custom braided synth line. Custom 60ft synth extension. All pro tube bumper, Hi-lift jack, Safari Snorkel, Wilco tiregate. 2019 Jeep JLUR.
    I've spent all day mocking the front diff up into position. There is no way it's going to fit with a stock 2.7 oil pan. There is just no way
    it's going to fit.
