Can you scroll through your XM stations with some function on the steering wheel? Any other way than turning the dial (which I do not like the design of, it is not grippy enough)

Dude. You’re just changing a station, how much grip do you require?

Holding down the up or down buttons will scroll up or down by one station. There's no quick way to do it. The Hondo knobs are nice.

On my 15 I was able to scroll through XM channels on the steering wheel, but on the 17 it only scrolls thru the pre-programmed ones.

Not entirely. Even starving Ethiopians are struggling with the dilemma of maintaining “escaping earths gravitational pull” grip while driving. Everyone knows you cannot just simply place the knob betwixt your index fanger and thumb and ROTATE... you gotta white knuckle it into submission and make that shitbird tap out. Like coach says we’re not rolling for points. Don’t wait for the knob to tap, break it’s fuckin elbow/not your problem.

That’s what’s good about the hondo knobs besides looking amazing. If need be you can strap it down to a come along or winch and MAKE those stations happen.

Or If you are cheap get the rubber grip things for the knobs. Those work well too. But not as cool looking.

Stream your own music from your phone. It’s way better than XM. I’m an old guy and even I do that. Haha.

can't change the pandora/etc station from the steering wheel either. and definitely can't grab ones that aren't preprogrammed. This alternative, while better in most ways, would make OPs issue even worse.

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
I THINK if you hold the steering wheel button down just a little longer, it will scroll through available -- but I may be wrong.

Like someone else said before me, you hold down the up/down arrow and it will scroll through the stations. It’s slow and tedious though. Only really useful if you know what station you want to go to. Not useful to browse through stations.

Also, did you know that you can pause and rewind FM/AM stations?
