alright, been a member here awhile. Been googling this issue for quite some time and decided to finally post it and get some input. 2007 access cab 4x4 4.0 6peed manual. 1" back and 2.25" front level

Worse when cold, but between every shift i get a good clunk, once it's warm I can eliminate this by carefully shifting. If I'm in any gear and let off the gas then accelerate again I get a good clunk. I would say it's a u joint as that's what it feels like but they all check out, just greased them and no change. I have a level kit and the pre TSB rear leaf springs so considered axle wrap but waiting to get the springs changed under the recall. Seems like it's getting worse. I also get a shutter when leaving first gear and second gear if RPM is low enough (read this is normal but thought more info is better) and also in reverse.

Having a rough month with my Taco... but one problem at a time. Only 90000 km on my truck. All diff fluids, and tranny fluids changed.
