I wonder if it will be based on the engine currently in corvette racing number 3 and number 4 cars.

Pelican has the answer in my opinion. While it's not a cooler, and not out yet (spring 2020).. the practically and functionally of both the boxes and mounting systems make a lot more sense weather you leave them in or remove 'em.

    I kinda dig it.
It’d be a solid family car sleeper though with the OVtune supercharger, LAWD.. What is this sport wagon you speak of ? Subie?

That actually sounds like a good idea. Nah, it's an 06 V70 R. Has a tune, FMIC, new exhaust, and that's it. Such a fun car to dive and I've moved with it twice.

    Oh, and manual, of course

I've found it definitely depends on the car and the gearing. Some vehicles are the biggest pain with manuals, others not so much

I agree. But, Toyota won’t advertise what it will be used for. Fishing and beer. Because either way if they advertise that, they’ll make someone angry (sober vegans)

so they’ll advertise it for water. In a short bed there isn’t much bed space anyway and people aren’t loading these tracks down with mulch and firewood where this will really be a big issue.

    Nothing special
Vegans can jam it full of carrots.

I'd surmise the bed space topic would be a hotly debated one. I myself have loaded my truck up on mulch and logs a few times, among other things. I'm sure it varies with everyone, it's a versatile truck.

Different strokes for different folks, just not much stroking for this idea.
