OME all around. SPC UCA. This and that.
No one from Phoenix is going to win this. Around here in the summer if you go to an auto parts store there at least 2 people getting new batteries. Replaced my wifes last year. I carry cables in the truck and have helped 4 people at work already. The heat is murder on batteries here.

I've had an Exide battery in my BMW since I first purchased it in 2008 w/ 48k miles. Car currently is at 115,6xx with the same battery still going strong, knock on wood. I've never had a battery last that long in my life.

Unfortunately, I think the company has filed for bankruptcy... Sucks because it's lasted longer than any other battery I've ever used.

just replaced mine in my 05 last week with 120k miles. It was getting weak and the wife stayed in the truck while I went in to Lowes. I came back out and everything in the truck was turned on. I had to ask a couple of guys at the loading dock to help give me a push to get us going. I always carry cables but I took out my toolbox out to have enough room to haul everything.

My '99 had the original battery in it (manufactured in December of '98) when I bought it in 2010; I replaced it with an Optima Red Top when I had a slow-crank start 20 miles back in the woods one evening during deer season. Talk about sudden-onset religion:eek:

    Nothing yet, brand new!
I'm curious, was this one the Panasonic batteries? Reason I ask is the battery in my wife's Lexus was replaced last year. It's an '03 and it had the original battery!
