Toytec ultimate lift kit, light racing UCAs, ARB bumper and full skid plates underneath. Looking into redoing the suspension and maybe repainting the ol' Taco.
High end depends on budget. How about some more information? Are you looking for 150dB of bass? Do you want in dash nav? Are you willing to rebuild the interior?

You are asking a very open ended question that is highly dependent on what you are wanting to get from the stereo.

DTRL, Debadged, Donkey tethered in the bed that rips 142 db farts so I can piss off the neighbors and rattle the windows on my house when I'm parked in front.
Secondskin Damplifier pro for antivibration on doors firewalls and roof. 2x36sq ft.
Secondskin Overkill or Raamat Ensolite for high frequency sound deadening on doors and firewalls and roof.
SecondSkin Damplifier (40 sq ft.)for the floor followed by Secondskin Luxury Liner Pro. (five sheets)
I have plenty of leftover antivibration material but that will go into my wife's Odyssey.

Pioneer or Kenwood/Kenwood Excelon Head unit. This is truly your choice due to options available. Touch screen, double din, single din w/motorized screen, no screen, usb inputs (front? rear?) bluetooth integrated in the deck or bluetooth capable with an adapter.... on and on......

Front doors:SPX-17PRO - Alpine Type-X Pro Series 6-3/4" Component Speaker System
    Back doors:
    SPR-17C - Alpine 6.25" 2 Way 300 Watt Speakers

PDX-1.600 - Alpine 1 Ch 600 Watt Digital Power Amplifier for sub.
PDX-4.150 - Alpine 4 Ch 600 Watt Digital Power Amplifier for mids tweets

    Sub box made by Marv.
    Pioneer Shallow mount sub(s)
If you have dual subs you will most likely have to mount an amp under a seat.
A single sub will most likely allow you to mount amps and crossovers on a deck behind back seat.

Three high quality RCA connectors 12-16 ft.
Rockford Fosgate dual amp wiring kit.
    50ft rockford Fosgate 16 G.(AWG) speaker wire.
PAC-SWI adapter for steering wheel controls if you have em.
All speaker baffles made by Marv.
    Thats a good start.

I put together that system except: price was a little bit of an issue so I bought:
    MRP-M500 - Alpine Mono 500W subwoofer amplifier
    MRP-F600 - Alpine V-Power Series 4-channel 600 Watt Amplifier
instead of the previously listed amps.
    I am going to run a single TS-SW2541D - Pioneer 10" 1000 Watt Shallow-Mount Subwoofer.
I also bought a Kenwood Excelon x493 Head unit. It had features that suited my needs right now.
I am currently waiting for my sub box and deck to be handcrafted.
I am in the process of installing the sound proofing materials. my baffles are completed so shortly, I'm gonna install a hoopty (improvised) amp deck and install the head unit and speakers and 600w amp. When the sub/deck arrives I'll upholster it with neoprene, mount up the amps and crossovers and then have Marv help me dial in my system.

Once my system is installed and dialed in I will mount my second place DB drag trophy on the hood of my truck so all can kneel before me and bask in its glory and my greatness as I pass by. Finally I will tether a donkey, that can rip farts up to 142 db's, in the bed of my truck so I can piss off the neighbors when I roll in the hood and rattle the windows on my house whilst parked in my driveway.

My vote, if price isn't that much of an issue:

Kenwood Excelon DNX-8120 double din nav unit.

Image Dynamics XS-69 6"x9" component set for the front (about $600 pair)
Image Dynamics X-65 mids for rear fill ($380 a pair) or XS-65 components if you want tweets back there ($480 pair).

For Amps: JL Audio HD600/4 ($800) for door speakers, HD750/1 ($700) for subs.

For subs: 2 JL audio 12TW-2 flat 12 inch subs ($400 each).

Get a box built by Mr. Marv.

I like the JL Audio HD amps because they are physically small and will fit almost anywhere. Those thin subs that JL makes are probably the best sounding thin line subs on the market.

Don't forget the Audio control Matrix. Or a BitOne maybe? And if you have any pro audio shops around, get them to level match everything! Well worth the money!

+1 for JL... If you look at any of my posts in here, you'll see how much I support JL. I've had audio gurus drueling over my old 100% JL system in my old car. It all comes at a price though!
