Right.. So it doesn't seem like you're interested in learning at all... I totally realize that some people may enjoy doing their own mods because it's fun for them, or to save $, but most would rather be doing other things during the course of beautiful weekend. Personally, I like doing what I can when I can with my own two hands & a toolbox just to gain knowledge by learning exactly how it all works, only to save myself the hassle of being stuck & wasting time while trying to "figure it out" when needed. You know, like when you're offroading or overlanding... But if you want to be that guy in the group, you do you, buddy. Like I said, good luck & please keep us updated on the adventure.

Probably not and kinda to my point...not that I can't, just prefer not to! Not sure why that is such a sore spot with people!?

I have my opinions and will keep them to myself for now. I was genuinly curious if you saw those as time intensive projects as they were on your list.

Yeah, the passive-aggressive tone of your post isn't lost on me, just kinda...nonsensical. It's kinda comical...just last week, I encountered a similar interaction when I was queried on one of our dogs - guy knew where the dog came from (breeder) and the training the dog received. He proceeded to make all kinds of snide remarks because I elected to pay $40k for the dog already protection trained by a reputable, world-renowned breeder/trainer rather than do it myself. So, I guess I just don't get why it's an issue for others that I choose the path I choose?! If that makes me "That guy", well then..yep..I'm that guy!!

please don't spend $6000 on ICON, please don't. Also, you found a MORE expensive option than GooseGear so that is impressive.

Why am I a sucker?? Because I can afford something that isn't ten years
If I chose to forego the Icon, I would likely do the Foam Cell Ironman setup!

Passive-aggressive? I assure you that my words portray the utmost sincerity in relation to the thoughts that are going through my head about your post. You actually remind me of people at car shows who have the most beautiful & pristine, fully restored to perfection, vehicle on the lot, but know absolutely nothing about it except what they paid for it & what they were told by the guy who actually did all of the work on it. Those guys are total douche-bags, but they do make me laugh uncontrollably inside while smiling incessantly. "Hey, look at what I bought for X amount of $$$$!" I think it's called "bragging", but I'm really not sure... We all know your intention, friend.

Bro spent 40k on a dog? God bless you OP. I freaking love my dogs but damn. Everyone else, let the man spend his 23k on his build and keep posting what he’s doing. Fascinating.

You will love the stage 8. It is absolutely the best performance enhancement. The digressive shocks and tunabilty make that cost a no brainer.
