    I've seen some people run them down the inside of the door weather stripping too, since the wire comes out of the side of the led bar.

    You could do it without drilling any holes, like in LATRD's LED Bar Install, where he used the roof rack mounting spots for his brackets, and ran the wiring in the windshield channel.

    That's more like it, although I would have to figure a way for the brackets to share space with the roof rack brackets.

    If you are talking about main grille, a 20" fits great with the BAMF behind grille bar with LED bar hangers.

    If you want to mount it in the lower grille opening then a 30" spans the aluminum crash bar exactly and you can mount it right to the crash bar and don't need anything else
