Ok I know there have been some posts on here about squeaky brakes. My old ones squeaked, so I replaced the pads and rotors. Now they squeak just the same if not worse. What is the remedy?

Did you lube all the contact points (Not the friction side of the pads, rotors, and drums of course)?

My 2013 rear brakes squeak in reverse from day one. Dealer rep told me "mine does that too."

Just replaced mine on my first gen and it would do this. Just gotta give the pad and rotor time to wear together

I had them installed by a trusted shop. I had them installed 4-5 months ago so I would think that would be "broke in" by now.

Oh ok. Thought it was a new install. Mine still creak a little when I stop. Not really a squeak

Mine don't squeak but they're still original @ 34,000 km. I've done brakes myself, from my experience it's from when the normal play in the pads rub on the calipers (the non friction side) so they need more grease.
