Yeah, so I was 50 miles from a paved road and 300 miles from home when I noticed this when I stopped for lunch. There's only about 2000 miles on these since I installed them in June. I've not done any aggressive offroading, just driving fast-ish on easy gravel dirt roads. I think what must have happened is the suspension was flexing and tweaked the shock a little more than the extremely tight bushing could withstand, but I don't remember taking my truck on anything very difficult since I installed these.

I just submitted a warranty request with ARB, but I think I'm done with them after 3 sets. It might just be time to upgrade to some ADS shocks.

UPDATE: ARB just got back with me. They are sending me a new pair. But, here's the strange thing. They told me that the shocks I bought back in June were the wrong ones. Back in June when I purchased from Shock Surplus and both they and ARB confirmed that the correct part number is 63062. Now, the ARB tech says the correct part number for my truck is 63065 which is a firmer shock of the same length. Back when I bought them, the 63065 part number didn't exist. It looks like Shock Surplus is now showing them.

Poor root penetration. Looks pretty, weak as a day old baby.

Where are these made these days? I heard that some of the Australian manufacturers are outsourcing everything to China now.
