5100s w/ 2887s from arb. Getting a clunk from just the passenger side while offroad or hitting a larger size bump or small pot hole on the road. I have gone through every nut and bolt to check torque and there all good to go. Anyone else have this issue going on?

Have you looked at spring/UCA clearance throughout entire travel? Might be spring/UCA contact or similar.

I have and i already have aftermarket UCAs. There is still a small amount of room at full droop at least to my eye. Is there any way to for sure tell? Like some sort of paint test or something?

How long have you been running this setup and has it made this noise since installing or is it a new thing.

I had a similar issue for a minute, and it ended up being the swaybar bushings.

It's most likely the shock getting fully extended and topping out. It doesn't happen when you hit the bump, but happens right after when the wheel is traveling downward. It just gets fully extended for a split second and the noise you're hearing is the internal limiter. You'd probably hear it over aggressive speed bumps as well.

I've heard about the arb shocks clunking before, but why would your shock be topping out during speed bumps and potholes. When you hit a speedbump, the shock compresses and then rebounds to ride height. Why would it top out in that scenario?

Because it rebounds past ride height and to full extension. It really only happens when hitting large bumps quickly. It's hard to explain, but it makes sense in my head, and many established vendors say the same thing as me.

That's only going to happen if the bump was big enough that the suspension couldn't completely absorb it and it sends the truck up, or the backside of the bump drops away. In the speedbump scenario, the shock isn't going to top out.

Don't know what to tell you, but I have personally experienced this happening to me, as well as a lot of other people on this forum because this suspension is very common.

Ok, well if you and a lot of other people are topping out your shocks on your aftermarket off-road suspension while going over speed bumps, then I don't know what to tell you.

I have 5100s and only the passenger side does it though?

When I had 5100/885 coils it only happened on the passenger side as well.

My experience on a 1st Gen OME setup, it would be very obvious. Since you mentioned you have aftermarket UCAs, probably not the culprit then. That is how I solved my clunk.

Are you running a swaybar and if so did you install the swaybar relocate?

I am, i have new end links but no relocation bracket. It does not look like it is physically possible for it to be hitting the coil seat or shock?

I have the OME nitro shocks with 885's and only the passenger side gives me that clunk when hitting bumps or potholes. I had no swaybar when I got the truck, so I know it's not that. I have the swaybar now with the drop brackets and it's no different. I also have the SPC UCA's. Seems like quite the coincidence that it's the passenger side and 5100's and nitros as well. I know it happens when I have a passenger.
