After a particularly rough elk hunting trip pulling a pop-up camper and deer + elk in the bed... I got home and heard a rattle from the back..

My add-a-leaf busted and my shock broke on the right side.
I got an OME 2" leaf pack figuring it's time to upgrade. I got the old leaf pack out and the new one in but my center bolt is about 1"foreward of the hole on the rear axle. Is this normal? I figure I can put a come-a-long on the axle and frame and pull the axle forward by one inch so that the center bolt on the pack drops into the axle. Tighten ubolts and I'm finished. The other side will have the same issue but once both are done it'll be balanced. Is this normal?

Yeah that’s pretty normal. Same thing happened when I swapped my rear springs.

I used a come-a-long and pulled it up an inch. Worked great. I just needed the nod to do that. Thanks
