    Our trucks use shocks in the front as well as the rear.

    We have springs coiled over the front shocks. This where the term "coilover" stems from.They look very similar to struts and I'm guilty of calling our fronts shocks, struts as well.

    FWIW, I most likely won't buy their springs again. I would think they would last more than 15k.

    OME.... I have no complaints yes it squeaks but it only squeaks after i pressure wash the mud out of the leafs after wheelin. I have had my 885's over two years and still enjoy them I will prob go to 886's if I cant afford a adjustable coil over for the front.I definately would rather have the after market suspension than the stock suspension. Maybe you should drive a car if you dont like the way your truck rides OP.
