This is my third Toyota experience, but first Pick Up. I will like to know is there is any key or special maintenance required. I used synthetic oil on my cars it is acceptable for the Tacoma?

Congratulations on the new truck and welcome to the forum!
Synthetic will be fine in the truck. No special maintenance is required other than what is recommended by Toyota.
