Hey all. I've been a tacoma owner before, and will always love the truck. I've had a 2001 SR5 xtracab 2.4 auto, a 2002 SR5 xtracab V6 4X4 manual, and now just recently purchased a 1996 xtracab 2.4 manual. The others were awesome, and new. This one I bought, is a friends that used it as a daily driver. 187,000 miles. Getting it registered this weekend. Jumped it and it ran good after sitting in a driveway for 3 years or so. Battery is not holding a charge so may have to get a new one. But wow, this thing is bone stock, minus the A/C and am/fm casette.

I've been without a vehicle for a year now. I hate the transit system! Have to wait for everything. The freedom of having your own transportation is so awesome. Looking foward to getting some advice from you guys here, about mods and ideas on what I want to do with my new taco.

    Thanks!
    Pat
