    Very very very nice.

I miss my long bed. I bought it trashed for $1200 and repaired it way back when.

That thing was awesome. I hated my longbed at first but once I bobbed it to a short bed I loved it. I miss that extra foot sometimes. Looking to restore an extra cab ifs truck for a daily use type truck. Mines a little useless in snow and for some of my home improvement projects.

You should be proud, that's an incredible rig.

If resources like TW existed back then, I probably could have found my way to my destination a lot sooner.

    Thanks Jim!

It's been a long road and the end is nowhere insight. I'm about to respray it and my interior is being leather wrapped. I feel like the forums are a different group then I am most of the time cause I want a show quality rig that's capable of wheeling about anything. It does see tons if hard trails I'm just really careful of damage.

I think it gets more damage on the street then the trails.

Its a beautiful truck. The '79-'83 pickup is my favorite Toyota pickup bodystyle. Add to that they are pretty rare here in Michigan in good shape. I WILL have one someday!

Cool vid Dan. I love those 1st gen. pickups! I hate seeing them gt absolutely butchered. Especially since they are so hard to come by here in Michigan.

I am pretty sure I have spoken with you on the phone at Wheelers. You helped me with ordering some of my Taco suspension.

It is getting the trail-rig only treatment. Will be starting on the exo-cage soon.

Going through most everything. Repainted the whole inside with a two tone gray, and bedliner on the floorboards.
