They definitely do. I have a bonus coming in from work. I decided to get a regear instead of swapping suspension out. So I’m stuck with the icons for a while.

Going Kings has always been in the back of my mind, but I'm going to try the slow speed stack before dropping that $$ bomb.

I wash there were some real world 1st gen valving graphs out there, but from a CDCV graph I've seen, Icon uses a weird digressive/non-linear progressive curve. IMO an overlay graph of regular Icon (red), slow stack Icon (blue) and Kings (green) would look like the below.

    BTW sick build.

You can do a custom stake tho right? To get closer to linear?

@Prayn4surf what approach did you take?

The shop in SoCal that's big on rebields (DC something) said it's not possible to valve icons to be linear. Honestly I don't mind the bell curve part, just the slow speed stuff that makes trails really harsh.

It's love/hate, I like the cornering and highway feel, but it's killer when going slow off road. Pretty sure I'll be doing the low speed stack.

Luckily you have someone close to do rebuilds, Closest guy to me is over an hour and a half away. I need to get a set of loaner coilovers while they are getting rebuilt and revalved.

Meh, this guy is probably about an hour away as well. Where I am lucky is that the truck isn't my only whip so it can go on jack stands while the coils are out. I had backup suspension (5100 OME front, 5125 rear) but gave it to a friend.

I have OEM TRD coils if you want them- whatever shipping costs.

I have a set too, the weight of the front end and the tire size says that’s a no go. I guess I could get some blocks for them

Dropped the truck off yesterday at the gear shop to get some Nitro 4.88s. Feels wierd having someone else work on my truck. Since Ive started driving when I was 16, Ive done pretty much everything myself to my cars besides a few oil changes and such. I didnt really have the time to tackle a gear job tho (never done one and would need to teach myself the job first) so bring it to a shop was the better option.

When I regeared my 3RZ with 33's, it was a huge difference at altitude. The gears put the motor in the correct rpm range to maximize the power/tq out of the motor. Made the truck much more drive-able. 1st gear was a little short but everywhere else was awesome.

Depending out how fast your drive on the freeway/highway you may be pretty up there in the rpms with the 32's. But anything 70 and below you'll be stoked. Are you manual or auto trans?

With auto it won't be too bad. Mine was a manual so the rpm's were higher at hwy speeds.

Picked my truck up yesterday front the shop, the gears feel great! The guy was having trouble bleedingyhe brakes completely so he knocked off $200 bucks and offered to have a shop take care of it on his dollar after the first of the year. I drove to my buddies shop and knocked the rest of the bleeding out over a beer. Brakes fine now, feels way better and o have no idea how fast I’m going lol I think like 6-8 mph higher than actual
