OME 3" Lift - Front Clunking Issue

I do not know the torque value but we had to open up the retainers and put washers in between the sleeves to get rid of the clunks.

 

Ok thank you...Was it something that was obvious by looking at them? Were they visibly out of shape, or clearly contacting the leaf? The plastic liners in mine were broken upon delivery. Maybe I just need to replace those? I can’t stand the noise it makes. Until now, I’ve kind of assumed it was a sloppy bushing in the main spring eye but this would be an easier place to start I guess

 

The plastic liners were contacting the leafs hard enough to leave grooves in the plastic.
