I've searched and found all I can on people running 883's on DCSB Tacomas. It appears lift height will be between 1"-1.5". That part is good.

However, I have two questions. First, how is the ride different than the stock TRD OR coil? Second, can you let me know if you had any issues since installing the 883's.

I'd really like to hear from those of you that have had the 883's on for a while. I'm curious about any immediate issues or if anything came up down the road.

    Thanks.

Slightly taller and slightly stiffer than stock coils.

Otherwise.. they're both coils.. not going to change the world or kill anybody.

I have had no issues with 883's on 5100's. That combo raised the front a bit over an 1". The drive is much better for me with my add a leaf in the back, less roll.

I have the 883 on the 5100s set at 0. Have had them for around two years with no issues. The ride is so much better then stock . I have the 2011 DCSB offroad Prerunner. The only thing I would do different is the 1/4 in spacer on the driver side for the lean . You can only see it if you really look at it at an angle. But I know it's there . If you know what I mean .
