I searched quite a bit before ordering 884's for my truck, and I never found a whole lot of information. I thought I would share what I have so far.

My truck is a 2015 DCSB Sport 4x4. I didn't have a need for a full 3 inch lift. The truck is a daily driver, and my wife and kids are pretty short. If I didn't need the full 3 inches, I didn't want to get into UCAs. I already had an Icon AAL in the back. I have a camper and drawers so the rear was sagging by 10k miles. This got me a net lift of around 1 inch in the back. This lift over the stock had the rear sitting pretty high so I wanted it closer to level. The 885s seemed like they would give more lift than I wanted or needed, so I went for the 884s.

I just got them installed today and went for a speed bump run and then an alignment. I was pleasantly surprised at the numbers they got. At least in my case, the 884s aligned great WITHOUT UCAs. I'm happy with everything so far!

Front: 884 springs on N140S struts with trim packer on drivers side
Rear: Icon aal without overload spring, 60091 shocks

    Driver Front: Passenger Front:
    0.2 Camber 0.3
    2.3 Caster 2.6
    0.0 Toe 0.0

Hub to fender after: (sorry no before)
    DF 22 PF 22 1/8
    DR 22 PR 22.5

I forgot to mention that I currently have the overload spring removed in the rear. I'm undecided about adding it back. I still have to install the rear shocks, so I may just add it while I'm working on the truck. It should add another 1/2" or so to the rear.

Did you use the 3 leaf progressive Icon aal or just the single leaf aal?

cool, any problems with the clamps either on the aal or the stock leaf pack when installing? Or any problems with the brake bracket on the leaf pack after install?

    thanks

None as I have it set up. I will probably put the overload spring in this week for the the extra 1/2" over the front. I like a little more rake, and I do haul weight in the bed some. If I run into any issues I'll let you know.

ok, i was just asking cause ive read that there were issues with the clamps on the aal and the stock leaf pack not lining up and having to cut them. Also, heard of issues with re-installing the brake bracket after the aal install.

    let us know, thanks

It's nice to see that I'm not the only one running this. What size tire is everyone using? I've got Cooper AT3's in 255/75r17 on the stock sport wheels. I'll flex it out in Colorado in a couple weeks, but it looks like I've got PLENTY of clearance.

I kept my stock size 265-65-17 till tell where out because they only had on about 4000miles. i'm planning on running either 265-70-17 or 275-70-17 when they where out. No problem with alignment. I had my 5100's and 884's mounted on the truck at 750miles. I'm very happy how the truck rides and handles. I'm not touching the rear unless it starts to sag.

Hi Matt, Are they the 3 inch nfab bar? I had them and returned them because my driver side was right against the body of the truck.

I got mine done at American Tire Company near me. They worked on it quite a while for me trying to get the numbers I requested. I'm not sure that they could get any more, but they got what I asked. It wasn't a quick visit but I was very happy with the results.

I'm putting the same set up on my truck.
Can't decide between the single or 3 leaf AAL.
What made you go with the 3 leaf? I was leaning towards the single.
    Just looking for opinions, Thanks.
