Can you run the ome 885 coils with everything else stock and get a decent lift or do you need to buy like bilstein 5100's?

You'll want aftermarket shocks. OME 885's are taller than factory springs.

Bilstein 5100's are fine. But, keep in mind OME 885's were designed to work with OME Nitrosport Shocks. Just saying.
