OME 886's, removing bumper/winch

Hey all, so I decided that I want to remove my bumper/winch to lose some weight before my next road trip. I have a 14' access cab and I just want to make sure that it's safe to do so. Will running 886's without a bumper cause any problems aside from an extremely stiff ride?

 

Temporary? If so, you should be ok. Just throw it back on when you get back

Swap for 887's if the bumper is staying off

Will it make that much difference, how heavy is the bumper?

 

I'd check your alignment after. Especially if it's going to be a long trip
