For anyone who wants more information on the 5100 and 887s. I have the 3rd gen doublecab longbed. The 5100 are for 3rd gen where the second notch is at 0.65. I set mine 887 coils on my 5100 at second notch for the pass 3 years and I have not have an issue. I can go over speedbumps a 40 mph without any complaints, it drives over smoothly. I do light off-roading nothing heavy. It's a commuter vehicle. On freeways it's not bad but my rear which has a Deaver add a leaf needs weight so it won't be so bouncy in the back. Even at second notch the truck feels squishy. I recently added a skid plate and it stabilized the front in a good way. It feels more planted. I'm planning on adding sliders soon. I hope it doesn't stiffen up the front too much.
