Hi, everybody! I’m very close to pulling the trigger & lifting my ‘17 Off-Road. I’m leaning towards OME 887 coils and OME front and rear shocks. I’ll probably do a small 1.5” block in the rear to maintain a softer ride, unless you think even a small block is a bad idea. I don’t tow or haul heavy.

I’m leaning towards 16” wheels, but I’m open to 17s as well. I really like the Ray 10s & some of the Methods. As for tires, I’m thinking 265/75/16 or 265/70/17.

So, I was hoping the forum could show me some pics of similar setups. I want to make sure that the tire sizes I’m considering won’t look too small with the 887’s. Should I be considering 885s??? Thanks, everybody.

I'd go with something like the Icon mini leaf pack or a similar add a leaf. They don't cost much.

I don’t have a great pic of the side rn... but here’re Method NVs with 265/75/16 Falken Wildpeaks. OME 887 springs upfront. I went with bilstein 5100s instead of the OME shock. They are set to the bottom notch. Gave me about 1.5ish inches of lift upfront. No lift in the back.

Thanks guys. I’ll think the rear over. Right now, I’m more interested in the 887 coils.

Very nice! You got 1.5 front front lift with the 887’s? I was thinking they were around 2” How do you like the ride?

I like them a lot. I also added super bumps and the front is really smooth now.

I thought I was gonna get 2in too lol. Some people said they did, some didn’t. Rides great except for the rear. Very smooth and forgiving. I think the bumpstops have a lot to do with that tho

What’s wrong with the way the rear rides?

Get some other coil spring. Spring rate can't handle our truck weight. I'm on 888s with small spacers to achieve falsely advertised height gain

Really? That’s very disappointing to hear. I kind of assumed you couldn’t go wrong with OME when it came to Tacos. What do you recommend for coils? Eibach?

Looks very sharp! How much lift did you get from the 887s?

Thanks man! The tint is 20% 3M standard tint. I was thinking about the ceramic tint but was a bit pricey. It can look super dark depending on time of day and where the sun is hitting it.

nice, did you end up tinting the rear glass too? The rear passenger windows... cause they match pretty well.

Rear doors and window were factory tinted. The shop did a really nice job matching and installing.
