ARB has confirmed there is an issue and reproduced it at their facility. They have not communicated a fix or a plan for a fix. They also stopped responding to my emails...very disappointed.

Anyone here have updates on their install?

Been looking at a ton of suspension options and this one has been standing out as a good middle ground, until I started hearing about unknown spring rates.

Ran mine from ND to Moab. Ran some mild trails. Drove back and had no issues. I have lots of weight added to truck.

I have a 4 Wheel Camper that I put on and take off. With the camper off, here is my setting. I go to ‘5’ Compression and ‘6’ Rebound with the camper on.

I'm currently working with ARB regarding the spring rates as well. Got all kinds of taco lean and topping out like crazy. I've given them the serial numbers on my struts to see if my springs are included in the bad batch of springs. Stay tuned....

Let us know if you hear back. I went through the same thing and have not heard anything since August 2018.

So I wanted to post some feedback on this suspension since having it since September 2017. I'm running 285/70 for the wheels and used to run -10 offset wheels. I originally ran the front coilovers set at 10mm as recommended by arb with no weight up front. No rubbing on the cab mounts since I got the setup. I originally ran the heavy duty leaf pack they came with the kit for the rear and with the added camper, rtt, and gear I later added another AAL with this setup. Not only did it help when I have all the gear set the truck more level, but it also helped the rear end bumpiness. Well in the last couple months I have been running all new wheels with zero offset and then added a 3/4 inch wheel spacer which netted the offset -19mm. Everything was still good and no cab rubbing on turns.
Well, all was good but now added a steel front bumper and winch yesterday which lowered the front by about 1/2 inch. Now I'm rubbing the cab. Took off the spacers and no rubbing though. Phew, at least it will get me through the week until I have time to pull the front coilovers and have them readjusted back to ARBs recommended setting with the added weight up front. Good thing I have lifetime alignment to get it realigned after the install.

But here is the cool thing. I knew since day 1 that this BP-51 setup was MADE to be run with weight up front. Well, after driving around with the added weight since yesterday my truck rides so much smoother. Mine always handled great on the bumpy trails but was more stiff on the roads. Now I see how this suspension is supposed to feel like.
So hopefully after the coilovers are readjusted to the factory recommendation later this week I will be back higher and the wheels won't run the cab again. Actually I know I will be fine as I was before the weight of the bumper and winch was added.
Love my BP-51 even more now.

Thanks to @Hodakaguy for the recommendation on the tool. Saved me having to take my coilovers to the shop for adjustment. Did one side yesterday and hoping to get the next side tonight. Switching from 10mm preload to 13/17mm combo per wildpeaks recommendation with the 1/4 spacer with the newly added weight which had dropped the front end. Nice to get it raised back up.

So you are going to keep the 1/4" spacer as well as change preload?

Yes....Drew(wildpeak) had a similar setup. I actually have some of his parts that I bought from him. So taking his advice and running his setup. Read page 1 of this thread.

Well sadly they are ghosting me as well now. Been trying to work this out for more than six months. I've gotten a different answer every time I call. They acknowledge there are issues with the springs but have no way to tell who has them. They told me they can't tell by the serial number and aren't willing to step up and fix the situation, so looks like I'm just screwed! I was pretty disappointed that a kit this expensive doesn't make any adjustments for the taco lean as shipped. The preload was the same on both sides resulting in serious taco lean. The tech support dude actually acted like there was no such thing as taco lean.

So this is the Chinese knockoff version of the one Hodakaguy bought but it worked just fine for my application. When I had ORW here in San diego set mine in Sept of 2017 to 10mm (I had no added weight up front back then) they charged me $45 to do both sides and they didn't leave a scratch. Since I did mine here all on the ground on cardboard I wasn't as perfect but it's all good. Finished up the job today. I ended up just going with 14/18mm respectively and still waiting to take measurements hopefully this weekend . Hope this helps.

Sorry some of you other guys are having issues. Hope you get your concerns answered with ARB. So far I've been happy with my setup. Hopefully I don't have to make any more adjustments but at least I have the tool to do it. I'm getting faster doing it as it took me about an hour today to do the second side. Here is one of my other favorite tools that's paid itself off over the last few years.

ARB needs to step up and honor their 3 year warranty.

Well I finished up revising my suspension yesterday. 14/18mm combo with 1/4 spacer above the coilover. Front sits completely even side to side. Also went and took advantage of my lifetime alignment today at Firestone. Ride seems a little bumpy since the springs are more compressed. Still have to do some more driving so see how I feel about this setting. Seems my front and rear( even with OME leaf pack plus additional AAL) all sit completely even. My only issue about sitting like this leveled is when I eventually put my gear in the bed and the tent above the camper, my rear might sag which I'm not fond of. Usually I like a slight rake without the gear. But for driving around town sitting even seems good for me.
Also did some trimming of the cab for clearance with my 285s and the additional 3/4 Bora wheel spacers. All good so far. No rubbing at all and I have the stance I was looking for.

Just another follow-up on my progress with my settings at 14 (passenger) and 18 (driver)mm and then the extra quarter inch spacer on top. The truck pretty much sat even in the front with this setup except at times the passenger side was maybe about an eighth of an inch higher. I drove around with the setting for a couple weeks and it was just too bumpy for me and then I ended up taking off the spacers and it made a tiny improvement but not huge. I then spoke with Tim at ARB and he gave me recommendations given my weight on what to do. I then tried 13 mm on both sides but then just put a quarter inch spacer only on the driver side to account for the taco lean. The truck now rides more smoother especially more on the driver side. I'm going to try just for a week or two and see how I feel about this setting but I do have another combo in mind that I might try if things on the passenger side don't soften up more. I will post back feedback then.

My BP51 kit is on its way. Looking forward to doing the install.

I ordered the spring compressor noted above, just received it today from Amazon. $99 I plan on keeping this tool for life. Inspecting it, it looks like the bee's knees! Thanks for the recommendations.

I have no added weight and no immediate plans to add any. So I'm going to synthesize all the feedback above and determine the best setting.
