Cool... I ordered a set of fully threaded center pins that I will cut to size. Luckily I decided to take out the overloads before I disassembled the truck! It's kind of a bummer that OME decided to use shouldered center pins rather than fully threaded ones as one of the big advantages of this pack is being able to adjust it to your needs. Oh well....either way at least it's a simple solution!

I am going to remove my top overload from my Dakar HD pack soon. I'm a little confused on the centering pin, will I need a new one or just cut off the access? Also is it best to remove the over load with the leafs bolted to the frame and shackle or should I remove the entire leaf set remove the overload and reassemble?

    Thanks

How was the ride quality between having both overloads in compared to removing the longer overload? I have both overloads and the AAL in but im debating on removing the 3rd leaf I added or the longer overload. any ideas?

I've loved that setup since the first time you posted it! I wish I had removed the 2nd overload before install. Not happening anytime soon though, maybe never.
