I've been researching these and the Icon Rxts a lot and have seen reviews saying to avoid Dakars. Is there any reason I shouldn't buy the Dakar packs above? $600 seems like an amazing deal. I dont see any newer reviews of these as of yet. I heard that they may have a squeeking issue and also something about the shackles rubbing?

Avoid ome leafs they are junk. I wish I went with deavers at the get go. My ome leafs are coming off after a year and a half and replaced g then with Deaver stage 2s

If you don’t want to spend Deaver or Icon kind of money look at the Dobinsons (110-R, 111-R and 112-R) leaf packs. @Crikeymike can help you out.

The Icon RXTs on stage 1 have a 1.85" lift in the rear. I currently have my 6112's up front at notch 4/5 which is 1.5 inches of lift. Should I lift the front another half an inch or should it be fine the way it is

IMO you’re good to go. Trucks are supposed to have rake for when you actually use it for hauling stuff. YMMV.
