I recently bought (4WheelParts) OME EL111R Medium duty springs for my 08 Tacoma TRD Sport. They seem to be over flexed right after install. I have an approximate 300lbs camper. Medium duty are supposed to be rated for constant weight of 400lbs... Thoughts?

From all the threads I've read before going OME with those same leafs, that's just how they look. Doesn't impact functionality.
Mine look about the same and I have less weight.
If you're really concerned, you could get an AAL to make those into heavy duty packs.

I talked to ARB an 1hour ago and the stated they "medium" duty is only good for an extra 200lbs, so going with AAL to fix my mistake of buying the medium

Even with no weight in the box my medium duty (EL095R) look the same. But they ride like a dumptruck unless I have about 200lbs back there.

The difference between the medium pack and heavy is just 1 more leaf in the middle. You can buy it separate. Think I saw it for $100

Welcome to the world of spring over and cheap leaf packs that aren't even meant to be on these trucks.

No complaints on mine. Where did you get them from? Are they a mixed pack with “+” and “-“ ?

I’ve no idea if mixed pack. I’ll have to check. They are from 4 wheel parts
