New pin bolts should come with a nut.

C-clamp the springs together, remove the nut and measure. You may have to separate the springs and perch to get pliers/vice-grips on center bolt head.

EDIT: the spring centering bolts typically have a round head, hence the vice-grip reference.

Thanks for the replies, I chopped off the top of the center pin on the leaf spring install to allow for the bump stops to fit.

Now in adding the leaf will increase the height of the left pack just enough so I don’t have enough threads hahaha

I need to order a set of center pins might as well get bump stops while I’m at it

I didn't cut mine and just ordered Wheeler's Super Bump Stops so I lucked out I guess. I remember seeing that somewhere in one of the write-ups or vids on installing a suspension lift on our rigs - "cut the center pin so it will fit the factory bump stop". Bad advice since most just drill out the factory bump stops. Oh well.

Should be able to find a solution locally - 3/8" x 4" or 5" I imagine would be long enough to accommodate the AAL.

I'm not sure how Dorman would hold up but you could try -

Goddam it your right, but now I’m going down a rabbit hole and trying to justify shock relocation

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/how-to-1st-gen-tacoma-rear-shock-relocate.540417/

I have everything except the shock mounts for ruffstuff...

I’m having a hard time finding just the stock size center pin for the leaf springs on a 2nd gen. There are so many different sizes.

You can get Allen bolts with the same size heads from most big box stores.
