Not that you have too, but you will want the UCA's for offroading (better shock movement and turning radius, I bought the light-racing UCA's) and DEFINITELY do a sway bar drop spacer because the coils are wider and you will rub the sway bar when turning. This is my rig with the OME Medium kit. Break in took like 2000 miles to soften those damn springs. DO NOT space your carrier bearing, just add 3 degree shims, trust me on this...I spent TONS of time messing with this and taking it to multiple shops, save yourself time and effort. I am running the full dakar leaf pack with overload. Bed sags .75" with 1000lbs in the back. Thing friggin rocks with the OVTune as well...tons of power. Averaging 18-20mpg's with 265/75 r16 Falken AT3 tires.

any tricks to getting the centering pin of the leaf spring lined up? mine is shifted too far forwad.

I am doing one side at a time, so right now I just have one wheel off would it make a difference to have both wheels off?

Like getting the centering pin in the axle? Just gotta safely man handle that axle around.

And yes, having both tires off with the axle on jack stands will make it easier to move it around and get things lined up.

Yup, like he said, just gotta man handle it. Did you clamp your leaf pack together prior to unbolting?

I think he's doing a full leaf pack swap, so no need to disassemble the leafs

Total gains is 2" in front and 3" in back. The overload leafs add a little xtra height

Yes, i added shims. I had 2.5 degree, but 3 degree puts your driveline working angles darn near perfect. You want no more than .5 degree in difference of working angle to avoid vibes. The suspension did ship free. Sometimes I wish I went with the Fox front shocks to get an extra 1/2" up front, but that can come later, or I will just put Bilstein 5100's and use my same coils (cheaper)

Ratchet strap around the axle to the hitch in the rear or something solid up front.

Same thing here, its down right embarrassing driving through a parking lot it squeaks so bad. Literally dropped it off at the dealer today to have them fix the issues (they installed the lift) OP I would do what ever is in the link to prevent the squeaking!
