Cooper Discover STT tires 285/70/R17 (33s) Procomp 7032 matte black wheels 17x9 -6 offset. Front lift: Bilstein 5100 Adjustable Shocks set at 0. OME 885x coils. Rear lift: Bilstein 5100 shocks. 1.5 inch 3 leaf progressive. I still have stock UCAs but plan on getting aftermarket ones later. I ordered the shocks and coils from headstrong offroad and the 1.5 inch 3 leaf progressive from Wheelers Offroad. 50" Radius Light bar (From Sidetracked Offroad) Mounts from Relentless Fabrication.
I'm about to order the OME Tacoma Suspension lift kit and I wanna make sure I have everything I need before I purchase.

    885 Coils
    No Top Plate Spacer
    No Front diff drop kit
ToyTec TSB 1.5" add-a-leafs for use with 4 leaf rear springs

Do I need extended brake lines or anything? Also do I need to Assemble front shocks/coils with new bushings?

I plan on buying new UCAs, but not right away. Would it be okay to ride without new UCAs for a little bit?

I'm going to eventually get new UCAs, but would it be okay to ride around without them for awhile?

Yes, without the top plate spacers, you will be fine. I have the same setup and it has settled to about 2.25" of lift and I'm comfortable with my alignment on the stock ucas. Note, your initial lift will be around 3" before settling.

I would also get the carrier bearing drop kit (some need it, some don't but for $12 it's best to order it right away). Also will need sway bar relocation kit if you intend to keep it. I would also suggest paying to have them assembled (make sure driver side has the trim packer) as well.

Have the same setup as above, didn't get/do not need the SB relocation bracket. SB doesn't touch the shocks or coils. Plan on removing the swaybar next time I go off-roading. Might leave it off for good if I'm happy with the results.

I'd go ahead and get extended brake lines if I were you.

Just wanted to point out to the OP that some do have the SB issue so if you plan on keeping it, I would get it so you have it, just in case. That being said, I removed mine and haven't noticed any ill-effects (I drive plenty of twisty roads in CO).

Understood. I guess I was implying that some need it and some don't but failed to portray it in such a way  ..+1 on getting it relocation kit in case. If I decide to keep the SB, I will get it just in case, but right now, can't justify spending the ~$40 to have it shipped to my door when I'm not sure if I want to keep it yet..I have other things I want to buy ;)

Sounds good! Also I have another question! I don't have the TSB done, but you can still put the 1.5 AAL without it. I'm just concerned I will have some sort of lean in the back. Should I consider the 2" AAL? I don't haul or will never have anything in the bed of my truck so I'm not sure of the 2" AAL is necessary, but I also don't want it to lean.

I just did this lift with the 885's and Dakars and you don't need extended break lines. Doesn't even come close to needing them. At least on mine anyway.

Same. Maybe if you are doing extreme rock crawling and such but not for the stuff I do, trails, mud etc
