Had an OME 3 inch lift installed a few months ago.
when I go over a bump I get a loud ,really loud bang in the front end.
I talked to a friend who said it could be the bushings,
I know when it was installed they used my oem bushings as the ones that come with the lift didn't show up. Any suggestions if this could be the cause
    thanks

It could be that. How many miles were on the bushings, and were they already sloppy?

Some people on here have had an issue like this and it is the shock extending to its max length causing the bang.

It could also be the sway bar hitting the coil. Even though the OME lift is supposed to avoid the sway bar some members have had it hit.

Weather tech floormats and visors, ImMrYo rear-view mirror bracket Cooper ST Maxx 255/85/16 On stock TRD alloys. OME 887's w/NitroCharger sports, LR uca's, Toytech sway bar relocate, Dakar leaf's modified with some 1/8" UHMW liner strips. SuperBumps front and back.
^check the coil/sway bar for rubbing you should be able to tell if they have been hitting. I just went ahead and put on a swaybar relocation kit that I bought at toytech. I havn't had any problems.
They're real easy to put on, but I would recommend dropping the skid plate if you have one just to have more room to work.
