I want to get rid of my stock suspension on my 01 SR5 and just get something beefier that will handle some mild off roading and get rid of the Tacoma lean. I'm not too worried about getting a big lift as I want to keep the stock tires. My thought is 5100s set at zero on the front and 5125s in the back? Should I/can I beef up the springs/leafs and control arms? I'm fairly new to Tacomas and I see an overwhelming amount of advice here which has made it complicated to pin down what I need exactly for a mild suspension upgrade. I want to have a shop do the install but I want to go in educated so I appreciate the knowledge you guys can share. Also, does this board have preferred vendors for suspension stuff? I'd love to give them business. Thanks!
