OME vs Dakar vs ???

I'm interested in getting better leaf springs for my 2nd Gen Prerunner. Currently running a bed rack with RTT and my stock springs(recall replaced) are pretty much flat.

Not sure which leaf springs are the ones to use. Would just like to have a positive curve back in the leafs so I dont bottom out on everything.

At this point my budget is $0. I'll have to save up for it.

 

Now that I know Dakar is OME who else makes leafs for an 06? I saw Icon has some.I am running their add-a-leaf on my recall leafs right now but I still have the practically flat leaf problem.
I'm running Bilstein 5100 series shocks front and rear now.

 

Deaver or alcan. I have custom alcans and love them.

I have a Victory 4x4 bedrack, Tepui Ayers RTT, and a Body Armor 4x4 off road bumper with swing out tire carrier that all totals around 350 lbs (plus the tire weight) with nothing else in the bed. I've seen some of the springs listed are only rated to 300 lbs so they may not be enough. Am I interpreting this correctly? I've never researched leaf springs before so this is all a huge learning curve for me.

What I listed above is pretty much my constant weight. Add ice chests luggage etc when I go on weekend or longer trips. Its my daily driver. I'm not a rock crawler or extreme offroader (2wd Prerunner here) but I do go on Forest Roads, desert roads and wide trails, and cross a few washes here and there.

 

Was confused how no one had mentioned the RXT yet(?).

 

Seconded. Basically Dakar/OME, but not squeaky. Not as nice as Deaver, but also half the price.

I first had Dakar AAl's on my Taco with my shell. With gear and the shell it sagged and when OR it was wishy washy in AZ when finding those Harq Boas lol!
I did see your truck and with that weight I'd put full leaf packs on your rig. It will support the weight and it will ride so much better over the rocks. I speak from experience in the AZ dez lol!
Mine are OME Medium springs and I also have 5100's, I do not have any experience with All Pro though.

I like the icons, ide probably go with a custom deaver pack if I were to do it again.

 

I won't be able to do anything until I can save up the $$$. Not sure I can afford Deaver's though.
It seems there are a lot more options out there then I first thought (which makes the decision even more difficult).
