Someones taking it alittle too seriously. If someone wanted my vin number without answering the phone and just texting, then hell fkn no id give them the number. You want the vin or you wanna check out the truck, talk to me voice to voice. I hate run around idiots like that, waste time.

Ive seen a bunch of 4 cylinder auto and im pretty sure standard TRD 96-00s, heck, even know a guy with a 4cyl auto prerunner ex cab 99.
Now there was a guy on BI who was selling an 07 4cyl 5 speed TRD ex cab 4wd. It had the diff lock and bed sticker, didnt test drive it though. The guy shipped it from the mainland. He wanted like 20k but was taking trades and my brother was gonna swap him his taco and cash, but it didnt go thru. Thats the only 4cyl ex cab I know of that was a TRD. Im sure theyre out there.
Toyota did some weird things with vehicles. My bone stock 96 Runner has a rear diff lock, but people keep telling me diff locks started in 98/99.
