My truck isn’t anything special. Mostly “old man mods”......31s, Canopy, TRD wheels, and a roofrack in boring old Silver. However, I get unsolicited compliments from complete strangers, literally all the time with this truck. Happened to me twice today. I can only imagine how the fellas with the full-blown Tacoma Bro-Dozers must do.

Maybe it lacks torque, maybe it’s got a funky throttle, maybe it’s going to rust out from underneath me, but it’s worth it for the good vibes coming in all the time.

    People love the new Tacomas.

They're usually too busy giving, uh, attention, to their own trucks.

why do you have a stock tire tied to the roof of the camper?

Beautiful truck bro! Amazing truck that has taken you on some awesome adventures. If other Tacoma owners don’t complement it they are probably jealous! Hahaha! Can’t wait to get my sliders installed and add a few more goodies!

It’s actually a 265/75/16 snow tire. It was for a trip I did to the Arctic Ocean where two full size spares was recommended for the Dempster Highway leg. Turns out that was a bit of internet paranoia, but I didn’t know at the time. I had my normal, stock size spare under the truck and threw a snow tire on the roof. Never got a flat and needed neither.

It is a nice looking rig :)

Twice while picking up fast food at the drive through, people have not only complimented my truck they gave me free upgrades to large combo.. I like to say its slowly paying for itself :p

Pretty sure it’s his 2nd spare. For when he’s doing harder trails. Also has a spare underneath.
