Updated. I opted to go with the 10lbs instant air supply tank.

That is impressively clean. I was looking for a viair set up with the compressor in the bed and tank under the bed because i like to keep tools behind the seats but you might have me sold on this setup. Ill probably be asking questions later.

That's a nice setup!, where did you get the mounting braked for the compressor? I've made the mistake of bolting a plate where the horn is, and ended up cracking the metal, so I need to relocate it. Thanks!

I made it, rather crudely at that, but it works.

So I just picked up a 2 gallon, 1/3 horsepower compressor from Home Depot on clearance for $20. I was toying with the idea of disassembling it, mounting the tank under the bed, regulator and switch in the bed compartment, and hardwiring it to my inverter. Has anybody ever done anything like this? 0.33 horsepower equates to around 250 watts.

Just complete this project this past week. Mounted the compressor under the hood, wired into my switchpro. One connection on the front bumper and the other in rear bed. Also mounted two tanks under the bed. Going to be building a bluetooth solenoid controller for airbags, which will attach where gauge currently is.20200328_163904.jpg20200404_174817.jpg

I did the slee mount dual ARB with ARB 1 gallon tank underneath it. I like it. Fits snug in top left of engine bay. I have a manual though. I think the auto has something up there.

I think the C02 is a way better option but you have to pack it. One more thing to have strapped to the side of your truck like your axe.

seems like a few people have chimed in on this, but would love more info. How do you get the air from back there to outside the cab?
