Since i am not ordering in bulk this time around and ill be paying full retail price for the pumps, I'll use any pump you guys want. The cost difference for any upgrades will just be passed down to the buyer though. I can't guarantee any better results though as i have not used larger pumps before for any extended amount of time. I tried a few larger pumps before i began making these and they didn't produce that much greater output, although i was using smaller tubing at the time though.

It's important to know that larger pumps will not install in the cubby if you follow my directions. Anything larger then what i include simply doesn't fit without major modifications to the cubby. That'll be up to the end user to figure out. The portable kit will however fit a larger pump without issue. I'm happy to make one for anyone who wants to pay the difference in pump cost

The 100 psi vs 35 psi pump have no difference in output pressure. That spec indicates what pressure switch is in the pump. That's the issue that the line will have to build before the switch auto shuts off. This is not a high pressure application so it'll be identical. The gpm rating is what changes output. The included pump is 1.2 gpm with 35psi cutoff switch. To see any performance increase, you'll want to get atleast 1.8 gpm or more. The issue is that larger pumps not only have a very very significant cost increase, they also call for larger plumping. My pumps use 3/8th plumping everywhere except the coiled output hose remains at 1/4". This does affect performance as it is. So a larger pump will need 1/2" plumping, that means the brass fittings will need to change size, the quick disconnects may not work, and you are still stuck with a 1/4" output hose that restricts all your new pressure. The entire kit essentially would need to be redesigned and cost would then jump drastically. I will put any pump you want as long as it can still accept 3/8 plumbing otherwise it'll be a complete custom build. And remember i can't change the size of the output line, so that is the biggest restriction

I agree that the braided hoses used in the plumbing are stiff and very hard to work with. I did everything i could to find a different option when i built these. I tried using non reinforced tube like the intake hose is, but it kinks when bent. I tried very flimsy silicon tube as well and still had problems with kinking. Hardware stores such as lowes and home depot have an entire section of tubing you can purchase by the foot. The kit includes 6 feet of braided and reinforced tube (3ft input and 3ft output) so it would only take less then $5 to try a different type of tube, but i can tell you i tried several. If you find something more pliable that doesnt kink, let me know. I am all for changing the design to be easier to install

I have provided payment instructions to all 8 people on the list for round 4. Once all 8 payments are in, the round is closing. Anyone who wishes to get in on this needs to let me know asap. This will be done in 1-2 days

Quick test and it works. Not really that loud either.

If I didn't already have one, I'd get in on this. Satisfied customer here and use it often during and after camping or beach sessions. Thanks again, Anthony!
