I seen yours. Like the set up, I use my driver cubby for bike supplies, line and cleaner. Stuff for bikes, but that other small cubby on the passenger I don’t. I think I’m gonna try and modify that to accept the pump, I’m thinking the cubby on the passenger side it should fit. Maybe with some slight modifications. Then probably put the intake connection around the underside close to my air connection, since I have a small 5 gallon tank from academy I use for my non potable water right now. I’m gonna play around with a few set ups.

subbed for interest. Thinking this can replace my waterport for dishes, and my other water tank for drinking water. does the loom that comes with it extend from the bed to the battery?

Yes the loom extends from the driver side cubby to the battery, but it has a lot of slack, so you could probably get the pump in a different location if you tried. I put mine in the driver side cubby and just zip tied the slack in a loop in the fender.

Anyone have a good on board water tank to fit on the Tacoma’s? Would love to have one that basically fit on the front of the bed

Just a quick pic of where I ran my quick disconnects to. Anxiously awaiting the summer to get more use out of it.

Edit: NM, I figured out the parts.

@ProForce Love your kit, and finally was warm enough to use it on a recent trip. Works well if you have the proper expectations. Unfortunately, some muddy doubletrack caused the battery wires to make contact with the exhaust heat guard by the motor and no mas OBW. With that in mind I decided I want to go a different direction with it.

I like the idea of your portable version and another one I saw recently. My question is what kind of cable are you using to have a 12v cigarette lighter plug on both ends? Is it just the battery tender cable linked down below with the 12v attachment plugged on both ends?

Looking to make a copy of this with the kit I have:

Sorry to hear about the wire issue. That's a bummer. I installed a female 12v cigarette plug into the front center of the box. Then used a male to male to power the kit. Those pictures are not mine and looks like someone replicated it so im not sure what wire harness is used in that photo though
