IMPORTANT UPDATE: 2022

• Due to supply chain shortages, massive price increases/inflation and products being discontinued, I am unable to sustain this product while keeping prices reasonable and meeting promised deadlines. In addition, new IRS tax rules for Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and other electronic paymets have even further hindered my ability to continue selling these kits. For these reasons, I am currently not offering any additional kits for sale. I truly apologize for those who still want one and want to thank everyone who has purchased a kit over the past several years. I am not on TW very often anymore, but feel free to PM with questions and I'll get back to you next time I sign on.

 

could someone point me to the name of the brass fittings that are used in this build? I have all of the parts, minus the brass fittings. TIA!

 

I am moving out of the lower 48 in about 2 months and will no longer be able to ship out any parts or kits. This product is officially discontinued.

Also note I am rarely on this site anymore, usually only a couple times a year, so please dont expect responses to PMs right away or even at all. I'll do my best to anser questions or help people source replacement parts or build their own kits whenever possible.

Sure am!! Sold the house and packing things up. Will be in Alaska starting mid September. People think I'm nuts because Alaska is pretty much the last state anyone would think to move to, but that's what makes it so exciting. Slow life down a bit and simply things. Stay in touch

 

Just wanted to post here on this tread regarding anyone wanting to make the "portable" version out of the standard version. Or just make the "portable" version at all. I needed some wiring help and @soundman98 came through with a very comprehensive and informative response to the thread I created here:

I know OP has stopped making these but I think with the info on parts in this thread and the write up from Soundman98, it should be fairly easy for anyone who is interested in this to DIY it now. Huge thanks to @soundman98 for the comprehensive write up.
