    01 prerunner v6 dc
5100's, AAL, ARE topper, Deckplate mod, black steelies
I would like to start off by saying what a great forum. I am an original owner of a 01 DC V6 prerunner and many questions have been answered without a post. Have 77k miles and love the truck and have not had to replace anything other than tires and brakes. I needed some change after driving the same truck for almost 10 years so I just ordered a topper and am going to give it a lift using front 5100 and toytec rear aal with extd rear gas. If this is not a good 1st time lift then please give some pointers, the 5100 all around is backordered? Which brings up question #1 Do I need extended brake lines? and #2 How can I remove the once clear sticker/plastic piece on the front of the rear fender flares without harm to the paint/flare, it has turned black, cracked and looks like hell?
    Thanks in advance,
