I’m very blessed to have a son that has made me proud for 38 years. He was in the Marines and did two tours in Iraq and came back as a very strong and giving human being. He is one of the best fathers that I’ve ever been around and cannot be more proud of him. So for his 38th birthday I gave him my taco. Today I went and bought a 99 pre-runner and that’s gonna be my beater. Peace out 3rd 8C6F0CD6-290D-44D7-82F4-7A684AD1BCA2.jpg 66A146C0-3077-429D-88A8-41F368FF73F1.jpg GEN.

Thanks, I’m about to retire and don’t want to be in my grave when he can enjoy what I work for.

The apples don't fall too far from the trees. My hat goes off to you sir :hattip:

And I thank your son for his service and sacrifice to our collective freedoms.

You’ll be an even better father if you keep him off here so he hangs on to his money!

Sounds like your son learned all that from a great role model.

Off to call my Pop and tell him I love him.

My son will take over my 2021 when I mingle with the stars - he's planning my early demise I'm sure - after the last payment I'm gonna be extra cautious LOL...

    Great Fathers!

    The both of you.

And of course, your son deserves our thanks for his service.

    Thanks for sharing your story.

That's awesome. Great that you can do that for him and I am sure he appreciates it as much as we all appreciate his service.

I actually had a 98 that color I bought new. But it was a 4x4.

Great idea, share the wealth with the family and not when you are 6 ft. under. My mother did that as well and so do we.
