    Also,

Just a tip, not trying to knock your work or anything. Not sure if it will really help you cause I don't think you'll be wiring another house panel anytime soon but if you do. Screw or nail a 2x4 from one stud to the other about 10-12" down or above the panel (depends where your feeds are coming from) and then drill it out in line with where your wire connectors are in the panel This will keep everything in place with no need for staples and it makes for a much cleaner install and you don't have to fight with trying to staple everything to the sides of studs. I wired my first few panels that I did as an apprentice much like yours, but it was pretty game changing once someone showed me that trick.

I'm an Electrician by trade but can only imagine of having the carpentry skills to go along with it to be able to do what your doing. Looking good man!
Feel free to PM or post away if you have any questions electrical related.

I am planning on using a fan/light combo in the loft. I thought about the 3 wire deal but figured the fixture would be within reach so one could control it with the pull chains.

Definitely going to run 3 wire for living room fixture.

Thanks for the tips and advice!

Would be my dream house as long as there was NO wifi or cell service. That and personally, I'd prefer more trees. Hide the rest of the world from seeing my naked butt on the front porch.

I thought the power poles behind the house in the pictures might carry phone lines too

OP, just curious how far the nearest hospital is?

This is pretty much my five year plan, though I'm looking more in Northern AZ area. But this looks damn nice as well. Just need to be within 45 mins of work.

There are two residences within 2 miles and after that the next closest neighbors are over 10 miles.

Almost desert environment here so there is very little rain. The tank is going to be fed from a spring and then pumped into cabin.
