Hi Everyone: I just wanted to share the journey of my 2022 Barcelona Red Sport over the last month. As some of you know, I wrecked my 2016 Quicksand OR DCSB MT in early December 2021. I was originally going to buy used but quickly discovered that a new Tacoma would be less expensive than the '20 I almost bought. So with a lot of patience (my non-negotiable is a manual trannie) and a little bit of luck, I found her! The best thing is that because I saved $5,200 by NOT buying that used one, I used that money to mod her up! And I couldn't be happier! Well, I suppose I could be happier if I had those damn LED Headlights. Oh well. Enjoy!

I was perusing the BRM thread for wheel ideas, and the TRD Pro wheels look really good. I saw some gray wheels on an earlier page but can’t find it now!

I guess I’ll have to keep looking. And btw, 50+yo and manual tranny’s rock.

First of all, welcome to TW. I've been on this site for almost two months. I've gotten a lot of great ideas for my truck from here. I know there are gray wheels; and there are also black matte ones. The ones I almost got were the TRD Pro 17" wheels for the 4Runner. They are matte black and look super sharp.

And yes, 50+ rocks (although it's still crazy to say out loud)... and damn for sure manual trannies rock! I love driving my truck!
