3"Ebaich with 5100 Bilstiens, K&N cai, 5% 3M Tint, Magnaflow 18", Hella 500s with 35w 3000k hid retro, 33x9.5x15 BFG A/T

What is the downside to running 3" cat back pipe. i dont want anything about sound just issues about performance. if i were to go this route it would be without muffle like it is now. if muffler would be better with 3" pipe i will do in future....so what are the downsides to running 3" pipe after the cat.?
