If it's work truck, it's fine. If you're dating in it.....

It's not new, it's not Mexico
It looks real useful, but attractive - not so much.

I have a Trac-Rac, and now I'm thinking of doing something like this.

You need to make a how-to thread.

Sure!! I will! I just need to make the sides then I'll make a how-to-thread.. I'll try to keep the cost as low as I can to inspire those with ladder rack do the same thing. It's less than $100 right now..

I like it a lot too. I haul kayaks and camping gear several times a year and that would work great (perfect when you get the sides covered). I have a HF 4x8 trailer that I built for that duty.

I like it a lot. The question was asked if its ugly though, and I voted yes. But I do think its a great topper, just not that pretty. Great work and keep the pics coming.

Nice job. I have a Softopper and about the only thing I want to do to improve it is to somehow put a rack over the top of it. Your ingenuity only enhances that desire. I don't know how to do it but there has to be a way. Also I vote to switch to black canvas and black rack. Would look great with the white truck and your black rims. My truck is white with a black Softopper. love it.
