I actually bought them back around the end of November when Wheelers ran their Black Friday sale. Had the 5160s within 10 days and I probably had to wait about 3-4 weeks for the 6112s. Some of the wait time was them doing the assembly according to what Wheelers said.

I realize this is pretty pricey, but it's being done by The Shop in Bellevue and they're also trimming for rubbing / will continue to honor warranty. Am I getting hosed?

Doesn't sound bad to me. What OME lift size? That doesn't include the tires and rims does it? Just mounting them?

It's a 3" lift with 886's on the soft valved struts. Also adding UCAs, which probably adds a bit to cost. Doesn't include price of wheels and tires, just mount and balance.

Just curious, how long are people waiting for the OME BP51 kits at the moment? Most the sites that sell them just indicate they are still on backorder…

I ordered mine on early July and had all the parts by late August. It seems delays have only gotten worse since then.

FYI just something interesting to ponder. Ironman 4x4 in Portland is $1125 with alignment and apparently a 5 year warranty on their work (can't remember 100% if it was exactly 5 years, but it was deff 3 years min) for their own Foam Cell Stage 2's - UCA, front/rear shocks, leafs, diff drop.

I didn't know they do installs as well. Now I'm seriously considering going with Ironman but might just do their Nitro stage 2.

Yup they have their own install shop. Waiting for the upcoming 25% for memorial day and I'll drive to the shop to schedule install.

Also I got word from another shop in Aloha that is quoting me $1500 for pretty much the same, but with the ECGS brushings. Seems high.

Ironman won't do the ECGS FYI.

Got a quote for $890 to install the following from a private mechanic:
    - 6112/5160s
    - Bilstein UCAs
    - Icon RXT Leaf Pack
    - Dura Bump Bump Stops front and rear
    - ECGS bushing

Alignment not included, mechanic not setup to do it. Good deal?

I would say that’s a pretty good deal for all that.

Leveling kit, wheel spacers, personally fabricated modified frame, and some sweet diamond plate to cover up a smashed driver side! Because I was stupid
If thats just the front, it seems a little pricey to me. Im not doubting there work and I haven’t quoted a leveling kit in awhile. I did it myself, the 3” spacers and torch add’a’leaf in rear and I had a $125 in parts. With an 1yr alignment from tire kingdom I got $250 in it. Just throwing it out there, I know not everyone has a place or the time to do their own work. If they were doing the rear as well that price doesn’t seem too bad.

Thats where I got mine too, $43. They're doing the job, im glad I didn’t get high dollar struts, I ran my truck off the road bent the struts, and control arms! Luckily I was able to reuse the spacers!
