Magnaflow cat and cat-back exhaust, AFE Stage 2 cold-air intake system, 2.5" lift via Skyjacker leaf packs, Bilstein 5100s.
I got a quote from a local tire shop for the installation of my front Bilstein 5100s on stock springs. They quoted 3 hours labor at over $300, including alignment. I did it myself in my gravel driveway with a socket set, a crescent wrench, and rented spring compressors (from Autozone) in 2 hours. It doesn't seem to have affected my alignment enough to worry about.

Apparently my stock springs, with 135K miles on them, have settled quite a bit, because I got 1.5" lift on the 2.5" setting with the 5100s. I plan to go with OME 881 springs when I get my ARB Bullbar in the not-too-distant future.

I got mine done at local shop. Procomp 3" suspension (shocks, coils, AAL), and 285x75R16 NTG for 1500 out the door. That includes labor and alignment.

Ok so I have a 05 double cab 2wd prerunner and I want to get a 3 in lift so I can fit some bigger tires too accomodate more sand driving... I was lookin at the toytec lift with replacement springs in the front and add a leafs in the rear... I have the tsb already and I was wondering if I need replacement shocks like 5100s? Or can I just use the ones that came with the tsb... And how much should install be.. Or could I do it myself?

I would get the 5100 adjustable shocks... That way you can have some sort of adjustment if you are not satisfied with the level of the truck.

My buddy had his 3" lift with 5100's installed and had an alignment done for about $350.00 at a local tire/alignment shop. (this was just the install price)

My other friend had a 3" lift installed and kept the stock shocks, and the front sat lower then the back.

3" Toytec Adj Coilovers w/Bilstein 5100's front and rear, Toytec TSB AAL, LR UCA, Avid Weld-on Sliders, A.R.E. CX Topper.
So far, $1362. This is for the Light Racing UCA's, and the Toytec Ultimate Lift. I still have to build the coilovers, and do the install myself. So it can be only the $1362, or much more depending on how well or horrible the install goes.

I bought the ReadyLift SST lift for my 5 lug tacoma and I've called dozens of places and they all say they don't install lift kits. I've called tire kingdom, Pep boys, menieke, and my toyota dealership and they all said no.

Does anyone know where I can get this installed? I live in jax, fla btw.

$70 an hour and they said it would take about 4 hours, so $280 installed for a rough country lift.

Just was quoted $650 for installing front struts/springs, UCAs, rear AAL, rear struts, mount/balance tires, and an alignment. Does this sound reasonable? It looks higher than other quotes in this thread, but I am not sure if those include tires.

Well, I got a much more reasonable quote from East Coast Gear Supply, $240. Not bad at all.

Ok. So I'm new to this whole lift idea, but I'm fairly certain I'm going to do it. I have a 2010 Tacoma TRD Sport 4x4. I want to just lift the front end a tad to give my new tires more clearance. All I need is the Bilstein 5100 shocks up front and no other parts??? I can leave the rest stock? Is that correct? Sorry for the ignorance.

Yup. But the Bilsteins only give you 2.5" of lift. If you're not planning on going off-road maybe you can run 3" spacers. Either if you plan on running 285s you'll still have to do some trimming.
