Newb in wiring here... so how are you going to wire the existing accessories to this bussman relay and fuse box?

I am not . You can run wires from your accessories to the bussmann box and either use butt-splices or fancy connectors.

 

Any picture of the wire where to connect them?

 

This fuse box setup that sandman is making does require some technical electrical knowledge as far as wiring, the way a relay functions and how to wire one up properly. If you aren't familiar with these you might want to reach out to a local TW member or enthusiast who does. Just a word of advice...that's all.

 

I'm not quite understanding what you're looking for. Have you looked at the pictures of the boxes? There are some from me and from other people.

 

Wiring the switches(not provided) is really the most difficult part.

 

Well I wired my ditch light and my roof rack myself, so I'm thinking getting this relayand fuse box so I can organize the wiring so it doesn't look to messy. I guess my question is how do I wire the existing set up the I have and transfer them. Im looking at the diagram (picture) provided at the first page, I can picture the wires in the back. Sorry if I did confuse everyone. Just trying to figure out lol

 

Are your ditch lights wired through a relay or right to the switch? In the event of a relay circuit, you would have the power wire from your accessory run to the relay circuit on the fuse box, then the power wire for that accessory run to the switch.

 

Yes wired to the relay. Then run one wire which is the switch to the cab.

 

The best thing you could do would be to post some pictures of your current set-up so everyone can understand what you have currently. You are asking questions that require specific answers but you are not providing the information necessary to accurately answer what you are asking.

Edit: And it might be a good idea to create a stand alone thread to not unintentionally thread jack this sale thread.

 

You just need to move, the wire that goes to the accessory from the relay, and the wire the runs from the relay to the switch. Then take out the remaning old wire and relay. The new relay box is pretty simple, one wire in from switch, and one out to accessory, beside the main battery (big wire) connections.

 

So easy caveman can do it . Maybe you can DM me price if you do just the box pre wired with to relay fuse? If your willing to sell them with out it?

 

I still feel like I'm missing something that you are wanting. The boxes all come "pre-wired" with fuses and relays installed. All you do is connect your accessories/switches and battery cables.

This picture from the OP shows 4 boxes ready to ship. Non-terminated wires, that you hookup to your accessories.

 

I think he's asking if you'll sell the bussman pre-wired without the relays installed because he probably has one from his lightbar harness already

 

The relays for the Bussmann are different shape/size than regular relays, so they will not plug into the bussmann box. Without the relays the bussmann box would just be a 5 fused circuit box with a lot of wasted space.
